Brim was started with a simple idea — that small and medium businesses deserve the same quality of AI thinking that bigger organisations take for granted. Practical, experienced, and focused on what will actually work for your business.

Tiina Carryer — Founder

Tiina has spent 20+ years working across marketing, product, and ecommerce — a decade of that at Microsoft, across ANZ, Europe, and Asia, leading go-to-market strategy and product launches across multiple markets. Before that, she worked across the UK and Europe in brand and marketing roles spanning electronics, manufacturing, and professional services.

She's also worked at the other end of the scale — helping build and launch new businesses from the ground up in New Zealand. That combination of global scale and early-stage build is what Brim is built on.

Since launching Brim, Tiina has worked with businesses across healthcare, ecommerce, engineering, food production, and education — helping them find where AI can reduce manual work, improve how their teams operate, and make better use of the knowledge they already have. She is a certified AI Trainer, has trained more than 150 professionals across New Zealand, and holds a seat on an NZ AI advisory panel.

When a client is ready to move from strategy into build — custom automations, AI agents, system integrations — Brim works with specialist technical partners to make it happen. You work with one point of contact throughout. The right expertise is there when you need it.
