Where It All Began
Brim was started by Tiina Carryer, after 20 years working in marketing across the UK, Europe, Asia, and ANZ. She launched Brim to bring together her deep marketing experience and a growing interest in how AI can support the way we work.
Over the years, Tiina has worked with both global brands and early-stage start-ups. She spent nearly a decade at Microsoft leading partner marketing and go-to-market programmes for products like Microsoft 365, Windows and Surface. On the flip side, she has rolled up her sleeves with start-ups, setting strategy, testing channels, and figuring out what really builds awareness, drives leads, and keeps customers coming back.
How We Approach Marketing
For us, it all starts with understanding the job your customer is trying to get done. What are they really looking to achieve? From there, it is about simplifying the message so it speaks directly to that challenge, then building a clear, practical marketing plan that leaves room to experiment, learn, and refine.

Our expertise comes not only from completing multiple AI training programmes but, more importantly, from over 100 hours of hands-on experience with content and code creation tools, covering text, images, video, music, research, analysis, and workflow automation.
At Brim, we put this knowledge into action. We have built no-code applications, created custom GPTs tailored to specific business needs, and developed digital avatars that can present in multiple languages.
