Brim was started with a simple idea: small and medium businesses deserve the same quality of AI thinking that bigger organisations take for granted. Our approach is practical, experienced and focused on what will actually work for your business.

Tiina Carryer — Founder

Tiina has spent over 20 years working across marketing, product and ecommerce, a decade of that at Microsoft across ANZ, Europe and UK, leading go to market strategy and product launches across multiple markets. Before that, she worked across the UK and Europe in brand and marketing roles spanning electronics, manufacturing and professional services.

She has also worked at the other end of the scale, helping build and launch new businesses from the ground up in New Zealand. That combination of global scale and building businesses from their early stages is what Brim is built on.

Since launching Brim, Tiina has worked with businesses across healthcare, ecommerce, engineering, food production and education, helping them find where AI can reduce manual work, improve how their teams operate and make better use of the knowledge they already have.

Tiina has completed the CPD accredited Become an AI Trainer programme with AI for Non-Techies and has trained hundreds of professionals across New Zealand. Alongside running Brim, she works as an AI Advisor and Trainer with New Zealand AI, a nationwide team of AI specialists.

Technical partners

When a client is ready to move from strategy to build, whether that involves custom automations, AI agents or system integrations, Brim works with specialist technical partners to make it happen. You work with one point of contact throughout, with the right expertise there when you need it.

Brim also collaborates with a small number of organisations across New Zealand’s AI community.
